  • Start at the Plum Boat Launch on Fish Hatchery Road. Exit river right immediately after you pass under the Fall City Bridge.

  • All rentals and shuttle passes are paid online on our website with a card. We do not accept cash for rental purchases of any kind. In store merchandise can be bought with cash or card.

    After booking, we’ll follow up with you to finalize your group reservation. You can also reach out directly if you’d like to set everything up in advance.

    We provide 5 shuttle buses, each seating 14 people. Groups are organized so that everyone floats together, even if split across multiple shuttles.

  • Reservations are strongly recommended (especially on weekends), but walk-ins are accepted when available. We offer a 30-minute grace period for late check-ins on early and midday reservations. The last shuttle departs 15 minutes after the final check-in time.

  • If we’re sold out online, we’re also sold out on-site. But cancellations happen — so check back!

    • Sunscreen, hat, and water shoes or sandals that strap on securely

    • Snacks and water (no glass or Styrofoam)

    • A reusable mesh cleanup bag (provided at check-in)

    • Dry clothes and a towel for after the float

  • Yes — life vests are required for all minors and strongly encouraged for everyone.

  • We don’t provide ice, but it’s available for purchase at the Chevron across the bridge.

    Small soft coolers are fine. No glass and no Styrofoam coolers are allowed. Oversized rafts or “islands” are not supported.

  • In the event of extreme conditions (lightning, unsafe river levels), we will contact you about rescheduling or refund options.

  • Yes. Shuttles run continuously between our check-in area and the launch/exit points. Each shuttle holds 14 people, and our team helps coordinate so your group floats together.

    • Daily on-the-water patrols by trained staff

    • Complimentary mesh cleanup bags for each guest

    • Morning and evening shoreline sweeps to remove trash

    • Updated safety and stewardship signage throughout the river corridor

    • Ages 12 & under: 1 chaperone per 5 minors

    • Ages 13–17: 1 chaperone per 8 minors
      Chaperones are responsible for minors from check-in to departure, including transportation, launch, river float, and exit.

  • There’s no inflation at the launch. You may arrive with items already inflated. We can inflate personal tubes at check-in for $3 per tube. Oversized rafts (larger than 2-person) are not permitted.

  • Yes, we love dogs!

  • The river is mostly calm. There are three sections that require extra attention—follow the safety signs and buoys our team has placed.

  • Yes—use the clips provided. Do not tie tubes in a way that can’t be disconnected quickly.

  • Yes. Paddleboards and kayaks up to 12.5 feet in length are allowed.

  • The minimum age to float is 5 years old. Our standard tubes have a manufacturer rating of about 400 lbs per tube.

  • Yes. There are many rocky and sandy areas where you may pause briefly. Exiting the river early isn’t an option, and private property must not be accessed unless it’s a dire medical emergency.

  • Customer parking is at 4101 Preston-Fall City Road. Public parking at the launch is very limited.

  • Yes, for phones, keys, and other valuables. We don’t keep water bottles, shoes, or other apparel.

  • Is it safe for my child?
    Yes, with attentive supervision. The river is mostly calm, but stay alert for the marked sections and follow safety signs and buoys. Life vests are required for all minors.

  • Yes. Tubes typically range from $20–$70 and inflatable kayaks from $100–$150. Waterproof phone cases are about $20–$40, and water shoes are around $15 (prices subject to change).

  • No alcohol. Water is encouraged, and you can bring any snacks you like. Please avoid glass containers.
