🇺🇸 Step 1: Check In at the Store

When your reservation time arrives, send the leader(s) of your group into the store. Our team will check you in and make sure all forms are electronically signed. We’ll provide your shuttle passes and any air fill tokens you’ve purchased.

Need gear? We’ve got tubes, dry bags, waterproof phone cases, and water shoes available for sale.

🎒 Step 2: Pick Up Rentals or Inflate Your Tubes

After check-in, head to the equipment trailers to pick up any rented gear — tubes, cooler tubes, and life jackets.

Bringing your own tube? Use our on-site inflation station — just $3 per tube. Tokens can be purchased in the store.

🚌 Step 3: Hop On Your Shuttle

Once you’re ready, jump in line or hop on the next available shuttle.
– Listen for the safety briefing during the ride.
– Be prepared to get right on the river when you arrive at the launch point.
