Rental Disclaimer & Policies
By booking a float or rental with Fall City Floating, you agree to the following terms. The minimum age to rent is 5 years old. All floats are one-way only, and all rented gear must be returned after your float. Additional floats may be available at 50% off, depending on availability. A credit card is required on file for all rentals. Lost or damaged equipment will incur the following replacement fees: $150 for tubes or cooler tubes, $20 for coolers, and $15 for life jackets. Life jackets are required for all floaters (included with rental or you may bring your own). In the event of inclement weather, closures will be announced via email by 6:00 AM on the day of your booking. Before floating, each group must complete the following: a liability waiver for each person, a rental agreement for each renter, and one safety & guidelines form per group. Lockers are available for car keys only. Please do not bring or store valuables over $1000 — Fall City Floating is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
